As part of the international OFINU (Open University) project, supported financially by Erasmus+, our employees completed a professional development course in “Cereal technology”. The program included studying modern European approaches to grain storage, innovative processing methods, quality control, product safety assessment, and the implementation of efficient technological solutions.
We express our deep gratitude to our partner, the Samarkand Institute of Agro-Innovations and Research, for the high-quality organization of the training course, the involvement of qualified specialists, and the creation of favorable conditions for the professional growth of the participants.
